Faith believes always, even if death comes before the fulfilled promise… If you long to be alive still then truly a measure of faith resides in you. Faith gives you the hope and confidence to live for the unseen that lies ahead. If faith didn’t require action then death would be the only thing to do next. A faith in something always drives you to whatever is necessary to see it come to pass. Faith is being sure even when you are unsure. Doubt is not necessarily the opposite of faith, but the lack of trust in God. It’s your trust in God that gives you faith. Faith comes from the Word which is KNOWING WHO GOD IS! Faith requires faith. We can’t put our faith in our own faith, it must be placed in the character of God upon which all hope is derived, as well as the promise. Faith is being sure of what you hope for (if it is what God has shown you or promised you) and confident that you will see it one day even if it is not visible right now. May we be a people of faith!
