Repeatedly in the book of Romans we read the phrase within many verses, ‘...have been made right…‘
You see, there is really NOTHING that WE can do to make ourselves right with God; it is purely by EVERYTHING that CHRIST has done for us that MAKES US RIGHT.
We have no reason to live in pride for we have nothing and are nothing in and of ourselves.
We only become something when hidden in Christ.
“Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.” – Romans 5 vs 1 NLT
